The company has been created by a serial succes entrepreneur with a solid background in the tech industry and e-commerce. The team is growing and the first version of the product has been launched already.

You'll work 3 days in Paris and 2 days in London each week. Paris offices are brand news and located in the center.

YOUR MISSION : YOU WILL ENDORSE A ROLE AT THE CORNER OF SALES, OPERATIONS AND PRODUCT

As the company's COO , you will be part of the executive committee, along with the founder and top management team.

Problem solver, process lover your tasks will include :

• Workling closely with the founders to manage business and operations on the BtoB side

• Be in charge of overseeing and coordinate the execution of company's B2B (merchants) operations which includes a wide range of topics such as lead generation, customer sucess, sales, operations and product

• Build the team lead generations, SDR, Sales and operations                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
• Ensure monitoring and optimization of the full process                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
• Create systems and agile processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Continuous improvement of operational processes and systems to support growth                                                                                                                                                                 
• Constantly monitor company’s performance, through a set of accurate and relevant KPI.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS : COO WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAAS INDUSTRY OR IN TECH.                                          

• Background : Graduated with a top-tier Master’s degree in Business or Engineering. At least 6 years’ experience gained in consulting, project management or related roles. An experience in SAAS or tech companies is mandatory.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Lean: You are familiar with lean management and passionate about people development, eager to learn new models and methods.

• Languages: You are fluent in English.

• Make an impact: You’re motivated by the opportunity to improve the lives of Merchant and shoppers

   

PROCESS & PACKAGE :

The hiring process can be completed in 10 days maximum.

• 80-100k€+, depends on experience

• Stock options

• Expenses for london trips (train, hotel and food...) are covered by the company.
