YOUR MISSION : DRIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting strategic accounts across Europe and internationally.
- Understanding the challenges of prospects and proposing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to address client needs effectively.
- Maintaining proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets with a consultative and results-oriented approach.
YOUR PROFILE : ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE UK, NORDICS, DACH
Must have :
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales including 2 as an Account executive, ideally in SaaS or Martech environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with strategic accounts.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong results orientation, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in an international setting and fluent in English.
THE DETAILS :
- Location: Paris, with a flexible remote work policy.
- Compensation: Competitive package based on experience, including a generous and uncapped variable component.
- Based salary : 50-60K€
- Bonuses : 30K€ uncapped
