ROLE :
you will work with the founders and collaborate with a Product Manager and 2 product designers.
Your objective : to boost growth and retention on the apps using gamification
- Develop a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operational means
- Manage a team of developers and responsibility of the production cycle
- Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed specs and wireframes, define AB tests, prioritize tasks
- Analyze the success of the product
- Work with Developers, Data , and Marketing to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience
REQUIREMENTS :
- You have at least three years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2C Industry
- You're passionate about Gaming consumer apps with understanding of player motivations and market dynamics
- You’ve been working for a game studio
- You’re highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- You love making delightful features but also are super pragmatic about having a substantial business impact.
