Assemble a team of developers, on top of the existing ones, reaching around 4-6 technical profiles
Lay the groundwork for other developers to integrate in the project
Take roadmap-related decisions to keep a good balance between refactor, scaling issues and new features
Be proactive in designing and architecturing new features
Fully understand the business needs of the sector
Be a technical lead for all Front-End topics, within the team you work with and within Wiremind in general
Help improve Wiremind’s technical stack by: tackling technical problems, strengthening our operational monitoring, using new framework / technos where needed, introducing new development practises, etc.
