DeFi COMPANY OFFERING A DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS PLATFORM

MISSION: ENSURE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be in charge to:

  • Ensure and manage the entire process of selling the solution to new global banking institutions
  • Participate in important DeFi industry conferences and events to represent the brand
  • Collaborate with the various departments of the structure (Tech, Product, Data, etc.)
  • Have a complete knowledge of the Web3 industry (trends/ novelties/ competitors/ etc)
  • Identify upsell and crossell business opportunities
  • Update of the internal commercial tools of the daily activity

 

YOUR PROFILE: EXPERIENCED HUNTER

Experiences :

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in business development functions within the asset management industry (sell-side and/or buy-side institutions)
  • You know how to lead a long and complex sales cycle with expert and technical interlocutors from the world of finance
  • You are able to evolve in a very challenging and international environment
  • You have a strong appetite for the world of DeFi and cryptocurrencies

Skills :

  • Strong skills in presenting and articulating a technical solution
  • Autonomy, proactivity and organization: necessary for the management of several commercial deals
  • Results-oriented, rigorous, curious and empathetic
  • Very good oral and written communication skills (English mandatory, French and other languages ​​are a plus)

 

TERMS:

Remuneration : 

  • Fixed: Between €60k and €90k (depending on profile and experience)
  • Variable: Uncapped, possibility of doubling the fixed amount depending on the performance achieved
