YOUR MISSION: MANAGER THE CUSTOMER SUCESS TEAM AND SUPPORT THEM

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for : 

  • Manage and support the team of CSM by giving them the necessary resources to carry out a qualitative follow-up of their client portfolio opportunities 
  • Develop a efficient strategy to ensure the monitorizing of customer KPIs and support the CSM to achieve ther objectives
  • Drive the strategy in order to accelerate upsell and x-sales
  • Anlayse metrics and use data to guide decisions for future growth and relevant strategy proposals
  • Collect product feedback from prospects and clients, and help shape the product roadmap
  • Develop the network via trade shows events

 

YOUR PROFILE : HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCESS

Must have : 

  • You have 5+ years in CSM, Account Managemente in the software/technology sector and/or experience in a public sector 
  • You have + 3 years experienced in management and have strong leadership 
  • You have excellent communication skills 
  • You are convincing and like to evolve in a fast growing environment
  • You are native in english 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

  • Location: Paris, France, London,
  • Full remote possible or presence in the London and Paris offices
  • Top market remuneration: Fixed salary 80-95K€ + uncapped variable + BSPCE
