YOUR MISSION: MANAGE SALES STRATEGY AND THE INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAMS

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for : 

• Manage the sales team, train and support them 
• Define your strategy and implement processes and tools to achieve your objectives
• Work closely with the Head of Customer Success and the CTO to improve the product
• Develop the network via trade shows events
• Have a positive impact on the performance of the team and processes

YOUR PROFILE : HEAD OF SALES

Must have : 

• You have 5+ years of sales expériences in a similar position in the public sector or in a Data SaaS on long sales cycles (1 year)
• You have a first successful experience in management
• You have a strong results-oriented profile 
• You are convincing and like to evolve in a fast growing environment
• You are native in English

Nice to have :

• You speak many languages

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• Location: Paris, France, London
• Full remote possible or presence in the London and Paris offices
• Top market remuneration: Fixed salary 80-110K€ + variable salary + BSPCE
