YOUR MISSION : CRÉATION / OPTIMIZATION OF THE DATA MODEL

Context: 

You will help the Data team and businesses thrive with Data. 

Business users (company customers) need their customers' data to better understand them.

You will learn about the instant payments and banking space.

You will also lead the team in charge of data.

You will oversee the data flow and suggest modeling to improve data availability. You will also work with product managers to help improve and understand certain data-driven products. Finally, you will also be involved in regulatory reporting by assisting the Compliance team with their data needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating data pipelines between different tools.
• Understanding the different data needs of the different departments in the company.
• Analyze data to transform it into actionable information for business teams.
• Document data pipelines
• Detect anomalies in the data
• Animate a data culture in the team
• Work hand in hand with a data analyst
• Archive, analyze and manage costs

YOUR PROFILE : CONFIRMED DATA ENGINEER

Must have :

• You have an engineering degree or equivalent
• You have at least 3 years experience as a data engineer or similar 
• You have excellent skills and knowledge of Terraform / SQL / Dataform / Python
• You have knowledge and skills in Web Visualization 
• You have a background in statistics 
• You have experience with a cloud provider ( GCP / AWS / Azure ) and cloud datawarehouse ( BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift )
• You have experience with BI tools ( spreadsheet / Metabase )
• You are autonomous, organized, strong proposal and have a spirit of synthesis
• You know how to be an owner on the missions and subjects that are entrusted to you
• You have an excellent understanding of the business issues 
• You have a very good level of English 

Nice to have :

• You have knowledge and skills on GCP and BigQuery 
• You have experience in a microservice environment
• You have a basic understanding of financial processes

• Location: France / Germany / Spain and England
