YOUR MISSION: TO DRIVE THE SALES DYNAMICS OF THE TEAM IN JAPAN
You will be in direct contact with the Head of Sales and will be responsible for :
- Identify new business opportunities in the country through effective sourcing
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Organise team building events within the agency
- Develop the team: 15 people to date, 40 in 2023
YOUR PROFILE: AGENCY MANAGER
Must have :
- You have 3+ years of successful B2B experience in a full sales cycle, ideally with recruitment experience
- You want to have a real impact on the development of your company
- You are a hunter at heart and an expert in closing
- You are organised and able to prioritise
- You are autonomous and rigorous
- You want to invest in a company that offers great career opportunities
MODALITIES :
- Position to be filled immediately in Japan or at the beginning of 2023 maximum (possibility of starting in Paris)
Remuneration according to profile and experience:
- Fixed salary between $45 and $65K
- Variable salary with no ceiling!
