THE MISSION : DEVELOP AND EXECUTE THE EUROPE ENTERPRISE REVENUE GROWTH STRATEGY
In this position, reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, you will:
- Lead the central and local teams to take an advisory role through the customer process
- Actively manage Enterprise Team to grow revenues
- Work closely with the central marketing team to develop account-based marketing strategies
- Set up the team to bring enterprise customers to the next level of success
- Lead a team of 5 (sales engineers, bid managers and support, consultants) with a dotted line to the regional enterprise account managers.
YOUR PROFILE : SALES DIRECTOR EUROPE (M/F)
- You’ve shown to be successful in a sales management position for large accounts.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the software-, IT or system integration business
- An indisputable team player attitude
- Ability to independently set up a strategy and turn this into action :)
TERMS :
- Remunaration : Package from 125k€ to 140k€
- Fix salary between 105k€ to 115k€
- Variable salary : 27k€ to 35k€
