YOUR MISSIONS : CONQUER THE GERMAN MARKET
- Close new deals with Enterprise accounts (+5K employees) on the DACH market (specially in Germany)
- Manage the entire sale cycle, from hunting to closing
- Identify all upselling and crosselling opportunities
- Follow up on a regular basis with your portfolio
- Personas: C-level (HR, Procurement, CTOs)
- Sale cycle: 6-12 months
- Average basket : 100k/€ year
YOUR PROFILE: B2B SAAS TOP PERFORMER
- You're a german native or equivalent
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Sales position
- You have a B2B background and a proven track record of success selling to large accounts
- You have experience in selling SaaS products to C-level decision-makers.
- You're all about consultative selling
- You are a strong communicator : excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- You want to have impact and grow the German market
THE OFFER :
- Base salary: between 40k- 45k €(depending on the seniority)
- OTE : 40% of the base salary (uncapped)
- Permanent contract
- Office located in the heart of Paris
- Recruitment process (first call with the TAM, 2nd interview with the Sales director, Use case, last interview with one of the co-founders)
