Some key figures:

Close new deals with Enterprise accounts (+5K employees) on the DACH market (specially in Germany)
Manage the entire sale cycle, from hunting to closing
Identify all upselling and crosselling opportunities
Follow up on a regular basis with your portfolio
Personas: C-level (HR, Procurement, CTOs)
Sale cycle: 6-12 months
Average basket : 100k/€ year

You're a german native or equivalent
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Sales position
You have a B2B background and a proven track record of success selling to large accounts
You have experience in selling SaaS products to C-level decision-makers.
You're all about consultative selling
You are a strong communicator : excellent presentation and communication skills
You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
You want to have impact and grow the German market

Base salary: between 40k- 45k €(depending on the seniority)
OTE : 40% of the base salary (uncapped)
Permanent contract
Office located in the heart of Paris
Recruitment process (first call with the TAM, 2nd interview with the Sales director, Use case, last interview with one of the co-founders)
