The company is expanding internationally after strong commercial traction across Europe and is looking for someone to lead business development across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
This role offers the opportunity to build a strategic region while representing an innovative AI platform already trusted by major enterprise organisations.

Your mission
As the first Senior Account Executive dedicated to Benelux, you will lead the commercial development of the market and define the local go-to-market strategy.
You’ll own the full sales cycle while collaborating closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams based in France.
Responsabilities
Business Development
- Build the commercial strategy for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
- Identify and prospect enterprise accounts, including large national and multinational companies.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers such as CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Heads of Innovation and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
Full Sales Cycle
- Manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through to contract signature.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and executive presentations.
- Negotiate strategic, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting.
Trusted Advisor
- Position yourself as a trusted expert in Enterprise AI adoption.
- Understand customers’ transformation challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the buying process.
Market Development
- Analyze the Benelux AI ecosystem, competitors and market trends.
- Adapt the commercial messaging to local market specificities.
- Share market insights with leadership to support international growth.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Contribute to defining and refining the company’s Italian expansion strategy.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
- Identify the highest-potential industries and growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience
- Minimum 7 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record selling into enterprise organizations.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success closing high-value strategic deals.
Technology & AI Ecosystem
- Experience selling to technology executives such as CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Innovation Directors or Digital Transformation leaders.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions related to AI, digital transformation, productivity, learning or change management is highly desirable.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Highly autonomous and self-driven.
- Comfortable building a market from scratch.
- Strong ownership mentality and results-oriented approach.
- Able to work remotely while maintaining excellent communication with an international team.
Languages
- Native or bilingual Dutch
- Professional English (internal company language)
- French (is a plus)
Compensation and Benefits
- Freelance contract, with a clear path to a permanent position based on performance.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission plan (up to €100,000-€120,000 OTE).
- Location: Remote within the relevant market, with regular travel to customer sites.
