KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

Mission: Become the go-to designer for a fast-growing AI product shipping features that drive signups and revenue, while raising the visual craft bar for a demanding marketer audience.

What you'll do:

• Own design end-to-end: from flows to high-fidelity to shipped with engineering,  no handoff/. You build alongside the tea
• Ship ≥1 AB test per week on monetization, onboarding, or activation . Your work is evaluated on measured impact in Metabase, not just delivery
• Redesign core flows based on usage data and customer feedback to reduce drop-off and lift repeat use. Each flow measured against its own baseline
• Turn feature ideas into product: transform briefs into solutions that are easy to discover, easy to use, and visually polished. Clearing the founder's quality bar on first or second review
• Run your own user and market research and convert findings into validated feature bets that enter the roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

• Builder profile: you've prototyped with Claude Code or Lovable,  you're not just a designer, you build
• 18+ months in a fast-paced startup with strong product usage and growth, designing features from scratch and iterating on released ones based on data
• Strong visual craft: intuitive, minimalist interfaces, you know responsive design and web best practices cold
• Heavy user of AI tools (Lovable, Claude, image/video generation models), you stay current with what's shipping
• Experience running quantitative analysis on design decisions (Metabase, Amplitude, or similar)
• Options-driven: you always propose multiple directions, think through edge cases and technical constraints before landing on a solution

Nice to Have:

• Launched your own product or startup (even part-time)
• Background in growth design or conversion optimization
