KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

Lead Arcads’ SEO strategy to rank for high-intent keywords and scale organic traffic globally. Manage content, technical SEO, and AI-powered search initiatives.

• Content Strategy & Ideation: Identify high-value SEO topics, prioritize by intent and potential traffic, track keyword performance.

• Content Production Management: Lead a team of writers and leverage AI to produce weekly:

  • 5 high-quality articles

  • 5 high-quality landing pages

  • 1 mini tool

• Implementation & Design Collaboration: Publish content with excellent UX and technical precision, coordinating with designers to ensure:

  • SEO optimization

  • AI SEO optimization (structured data, semantic markup)

  • Fast, responsive, visually appealing design

• AI SEO Optimization: Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and listings.

• Workflow Automation: Automate the content pipeline from keyword research to AI-assisted writing and publishing for scalable production.

• Backlink Strategy: Build a scalable backlink acquisition system via partnerships, PR, guest posts, and tool-based link magnets.

• Technical SEO & Site Health: Conduct monthly audits to maintain site speed, fix crawl errors, manage redirects, optimize Core Web Vitals, sitemap, robots.txt, and schema markup.

• Localization: Translate site into 15+ languages using tools like Weglot.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor impressions, clicks, AI search visibility, and SEO-driven email metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong SEO strategy & execution, including keyword intent, SERP analysis, and content-driven growth.

• Experienced in managing content teams (writers, editors, freelancers) and delivering high-quality content at scale.

• Skilled in AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.).

• Proficient in technical SEO: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawl/indexing, CMS.

• Familiar with AI SEO & semantic search optimization.

• Strong analytics & reporting skills: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Looker Studio.

• Experienced in backlink building and scalable link acquisition strategies.

• Comfortable managing CMS and publishing workflows (Webflow, WordPress, custom).

• Skilled in automation & workflow building (Make, Zapier) for SEO pipelines.

• Growth mindset, experiment-driven, iterative approach to scaling organic traffic
