YOUR MISSION : DEVELOP AND DRIVE THE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY IN FRANCE

As a Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading and expanding the French sales team (BDRs, AEs, AMs, Pre-Sales) to achieve business objectives.
  • Driving and implementing sales strategies to secure revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Building strong client relationships and driving account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, mentoring the team, and ensuring efficient client onboarding.

 

YOUR PROFILE : HEAD OF SALES FRANCE

Must have : 

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on fintech, financial services, or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams (minimum 4 years) and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Expertise in solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Passion for technology, especially API-driven and developer-centric products.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French (C2, native) and English (C1, fluent).

 

THE DETAILS : 

  • Location: Paris, with flexibility for remote work.
  • Compensation: €80K - €100K base salary + 50% variable on top of base pay.
