Product Support Lead - AML web3 platform - Full remote

The company is looking for a senior Product Support to join the product team.

In this role you will:

Help customers derive value from the solution by being a product expert and problem solver
You are a true product expert who’s technically savvy to conduct investigations and an essential resource for your colleagues and customers.
You’ll contribute to improving processes and product, such as by transmitting customer feedback, suggesting efficiency improvements, and introducing new tools
You take the initiative and love investigating and solving problems to answer questions. This is not basic customer service
Strive for scale by building templates, processes and documentation
Help building a customer success & support team to scale the organization

You have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Technical support role in the SaaS world, Technical CSM...
You have excellent written and interpersonal skills.

You have general technical know-how (API, SDK) and an affinity for learning new software.

You have strong project management skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment as part of an international team.
